By accessing or using the Connection app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Connection is a free-to-play word puzzle game. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable laws.

You may create and publish word connection puzzles within the app. By publishing a puzzle, you grant Digit Owls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that puzzle to other users of the app.
You are solely responsible for the content of puzzles you create. We reserve the right to remove any puzzle that violates these terms or our community standards without notice.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
The app features virtual coins earned through gameplay and optionally purchased via in-app transactions. Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
A Remove Ads subscription is available to disable advertisements. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your device's app store settings.
All content in Connection — including graphics, game design, code, branding, and the Connection name and logo — is owned by Digit Owls or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The free version of the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digit Owls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data, game progress, or virtual items.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
